It has already been a year since an 18-wheeler hit me from behind and hurled me into oncoming traffic, so yes, twice. Yet, using the allotted time, common sense suggests it’s not going to end in 2-3 months. They delve into everything concerning the accident and scrutinize a million pages of medical documents. This shows they are fighting for you, not prematurely rushing and then getting weak results. They always respond, usually on the same day, or Mr. Kemp calls me. Maybe that makes me a needy client. It left me with minor issues but impacted me emotionally. I had a hard time driving, and my kid, now four years, still talks about it. It took Kemp one year to close the case with minimal engagement. In the end, the compensation was insufficient. Previously, Mike Hostilo received $5000 for a mild accident, while I got $2000 and $4000 in the recent car crash. Kemp was unreachable, and I got frustrated calling and texting. I think he never took my case seriously as it involved a pregnant woman and a young child, yet he never concluded it as anticipated. My daughter and I went through a tough time after that accident, and—fast forward—we lost our baby girl on Christmas after the settlement. 5. Crawley is beyond compare! He is in your face from day one. I cannot thank him enough for his support. 5 stars!
